BZ Electrical

We are first time home buyers with no experience of electrical installations, we have a tight budget but obviously wanted to ensure our house was completely safe. We'd had other electricians visit our home but none of them made me feel confident that I could rely on them to deliver a quality job. Bryan was completely the opposite, He was totally genuine, really friendly, very accommodating, and more than happy to offer advice. He explained things to us without making us feel stupid! So that was our first impression of Bryan, and the exact reason why we asked him to come back and carry out the work for us. My Dad had experience of electrics and Bryan was happy for him to work alongside him doing the time consuming work such as lifting carpets/boards, pulling cables, and securing back boxes. This really helped us save some time and money. Bryan worked like a trooper and really impressed us all. During the work he discovered some serious issues which he rectified quickly, he even suggested various ways that we could improve the current layout, all of which were brilliant! By the end of the project we had a safe and highly improved setup which included a new attic light that we can turn on and off from the landing, stairway lighting, and a new mains powered smoke and carbon monoxide detector system that we can control from a central switch. We would recommend Bryan to anyone in need of electrical work, we were very impressed by his work and his professionalism, we simply can't fault him. People always advise that you get several quotes before getting someone in to do a job but from now on, if there's an electrical job that needs doing, we'll be contacting Bryan!
